18 Widgeon Walk is a private residence in Fire Island Pines. Private rental units with private entrances, kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are available for summer rentals for 3-7 days. Three minute walk from the harbor and three minute walk to the beach. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and a Toto washlet. Shared hot tub, 91 degree heated pool, and outdoor shower. Shared roof deck with a 360 degrees view of the Pines. Small gym beneath the house. New construction (2018). Eighty-percent of rental fees are donated to charities serving the performing arts and HIV prevention.

There are choices between:

— single room for two with private bathroom and private entrance

— a two- or three-bedroom pool suite for between two and six with private bathroom, kitchen, living room

— entire house for 10 people with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, two separate kitchens and living rooms
